After a talk with the divers, who will explain the features of the Oceanarium, interesting facts about the interaction of sharks with other sea creatures and the dos and don’ts of being in the tank, participants can enjoy a unique experience and observe at first-hand what they have learned.

Once in the Oceanarium, they will be closer than ever to these animals and be able to see how more than 15 sharks behave in a tank containing 4 million liters of water and more than 5,000 organisms, such as moray eels, groupers, rays and other species.

Time: 9:30h

Price: 300€ per person

The price includes: 

  • A dive in the Oceanarium with an instructor who will accompany all participants throughout the whole activity.
  • Scuba diving equipment.
  • Breakfast at the cafeteria. 
  • Souvenir photograph of the activity.
  • 1-day coverage diving insurance. 
  • Free admission to L’Aquàrium for you and 2 people to accompany you when you get ready and carry out the activity. 

 

Don’t forget: 

 

(*) Under 16’s must be accompanied by a legal guardian.  The guardian does not need to participate in the activity.

 

IMPORTANT:

To carry out the activity, all participants must complete and sign the RISK DECLARATION and the PARTICIPANT MEDICAL QUESTIONNAIRE (as stipulated in the Real decreto 550/2020 , de 2 de junio, which sets the safety conditions for diving activities) These documents must be sent via email to the instructors (as far in advance of the activity as possible) at SumergeteEnNuestraJaula@aspro-ocio.es, specifying: the entry file number + the participant’s full name + the date and time of the activity (to allow for identification).

Please read the PARTICIPANT MEDICAL QUESTIONNAIRE carefully, as depending on the answers provided, a medical authorization may (or may not) be required to participate in the experience. If the medical questionnaire is not passed and there is no medical authorization, snorkeling equipment will be used instead. Conditions of change and cancellation

Once the reservation is made and up to 48 hours before the activity takes place, 50% of the total amount will be paid in the event of cancellation. Within 48 hours of the activity, no refund will be made.

Changes in schedules and dates will only be accepted up to 7 days before the activity and according to availability of the center.

Limited spots available. The price of the activity is independent of any promotions. L’Aquàrium de Barcelona reserves the right to cancel any of the activities and to refuse admission to any participant who has not provided the required documentation, is not in an appropriate physical condition for diving or could, in the opinion of the instructor, be disruptive to the smooth running of the activity.
